Can I use my current business number?
We'll check with you. It depends on your provider and phone setup. Some businesses may need forwarding or a dedicated number.
What happens when someone replies?
You receive their message and phone number in a text notification. Call or text the caller directly. Replying to the notification does not send a message to the caller.
Does every caller get a text?
No. Only eligible callers who explicitly agree to text follow-ups and whose call goes unanswered. They can reply STOP to opt out. Delivery depends on their number and carrier.
How soon can I use it?
We'll confirm a timeline after reviewing your setup. Business messaging registration and carrier approval must be complete before launch.
