SnagACall SMS terms
Effective September 29, 2026.
EarlyCo, Inc. operates SnagACall. These terms cover the private demo, earlier pilot signups, missed-call texts sent for SnagACall customers that choose texting, texts to customers themselves, and line test calls. The standard SnagACall plan answers missed calls with an AI receptionist and does not text callers.
Private demo
EarlyCo, Inc. operates the invitation-only SnagACall SMS demo featuring fictional ABC Air Conditioning. This program demonstrates missed-call acknowledgements, up to three inquiry questions, handoff acknowledgements and separately opted-in operator alerts. It does not provide HVAC services, book appointments or provide emergency assistance. Do not rely on it for a real emergency.
Participation is optional and is not a condition of buying anything. Only invited adults who affirmatively agree to the disclosures and are manually allowlisted may participate. Testers should provide their own number privately and use fictional repair scenarios. Calling the demo line alone is not consent to SMS.
Frequency varies with test activity. Testers normally receive up to four application messages per inquiry, plus requested help and opt-out confirmations. Separately enrolled operators normally receive up to two alerts per inquiry, with additional alerts for repeat calls or later urgent replies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact hello@snagacall.com for support. START does not enroll a number that was not explicitly allowlisted. Withdrawal from SMS may prevent completion of the demonstration.
Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program's classification results and summaries are experimental and may be wrong; operator review is required.
Read our privacy notice at snagacall.com/privacy. We use your number, test messages and consent records to operate the demo and share the inquiry summary with the demo operator, as described there. Never send sensitive personal information.
Business pilot terms
These terms apply to businesses that requested the earlier free pilot. The free pilot lasts 14 days from signup. Nothing is charged during the pilot and no payment card is required. If you choose to continue, the installation and configuration price is $997 one-time. There is no automatic charge. Any separate ongoing phone, usage or registration costs will be confirmed before you choose to keep it.
By checking the pilot signup consent box, you confirm authority to enroll the business and agree to automated pilot setup and lead-card texts at the business and mobile numbers provided. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Cancel anytime during the pilot by replying STOP or emailing hello@snagacall.com. We help remove call forwarding when the pilot ends.
Signup does not itself activate messaging or establish consent from your customers. Activation requires an eligible phone setup, documented customer opt-in and approved messaging. Messages identify the business they concern. SnagACall does not quote prices, book jobs or replace your office. The private demo terms above continue to apply to invited demo testers.
Missed-call texts from SnagACall customers
SnagACall can send text messages on behalf of home-service businesses that choose missed-call texting. When a call to one of these businesses isn't answered, it forwards to a phone number SnagACall runs for that business. A short automated greeting tells you the business will text you at the number you called from and that calls and messages may be recorded. Depending on the business's setup, you can press 2 during the greeting to skip the text, or you get a text only if you press 1. You can also leave a voicemail. The text comes from the business's texting number, opens with the business's name, asks what you need and asks no more than three quick questions in total. Your answers go to that business so it can call you back. These texts are automated and may not be read right away. Do not use them for emergencies. If you smell gas or have another emergency, leave the area and call 911 or your utility.
Message frequency: usually no more than five messages for each unanswered call, plus replies to HELP and STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts from that business. Reply HELP for help. After STOP we send one message confirming you are opted out, and SnagACall stops texting your number on behalf of that business. Reply START to receive texts from it again. You can also email hello@snagacall.com. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your information as described in our privacy notice.
Texts to SnagACall customers
Business owners who check the optional text box at signup agree to receive call summaries, voicemail links, line test alerts, weekly reports and other account texts from SnagACall at the mobile number they give us. Owners who leave it unchecked get these by email instead. Text summaries start only after SnagACall's own carrier registration is approved; until then, every owner gets them by email. Frequency depends on how many calls are missed, plus one weekly report. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. If you stop these texts, you won't get missed-call summaries by text. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
Line test and weekly check calls
Free line tests and weekly line checks are phone calls, not texts. We place them only to business lines whose owner or manager asked for them: up to three short calls over about a week, on different days, for a free line test, and a short weekly call for customers who agree at signup. We place these calls between 9am and 8pm local time and we don't leave voicemails. If someone answers, they hear a short automated message saying it is a SnagACall line test, and the call ends. To stop test calls, email hello@snagacall.com or tell us any other way. SnagACall also places a few short test calls to local service businesses that did not ask for one. Our privacy notice explains those calls and how to stop them.
