How private demo opt-in works

EarlyCo, Inc. runs the invitation-only SnagACall demo featuring fictional ABC Air Conditioning. This page explains consent. It does not enroll you or publish the demo number.

Consent comes before the call

Before any demo call, the operator privately gives each invited adult tester the disclosure below and links to our privacy notice and SMS terms. The tester provides their own number privately and affirmatively agrees. The operator records the number, date, disclosure version and affirmative consent in a private record, then adds that number to a manually maintained list. Only caller IDs on that list receive application texts. Calling alone is not consent.

Tester disclosure

By agreeing to participate in the EarlyCo SnagACall SMS demo, you consent to automated demo texts after your test calls and replies: an acknowledgement, up to three qualification questions and a handoff acknowledgement. Normally up to four application messages per inquiry, plus requested help and opt-out confirmations. Frequency depends on your test activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your number and answers are shared with the demo operator in a lead summary. Use fictional scenarios and do not send sensitive information. This is not a real HVAC service or emergency service.

After reading the disclosure, the invited tester replies in the private invitation channel: “I agree to participate in the EarlyCo SnagACall SMS demo.” No box is preselected and no consent is inferred from business records.

Owner alert consent

Owner/operator recipients separately agree before enrollment to automated missed-call notices, urgent test alerts and qualified test inquiry summaries containing tester numbers and answers. Frequency varies with test activity, normally up to two alerts per inquiry, plus alerts for repeat calls or later urgent replies. Message and data rates may apply. The operator records this separate affirmative consent and adds the recipient to the manual list.

Your choices
